Working with Laserbeam has been terrific. Our return on investment was almost immediate. The cost of the system was among the lowest we've seen, without compromising delivery. The tool met the needs of our HR Consultant and Manager customers at an excellent value. The feedback from customers across the board in the U.S., Canada and the U.K. was very good!

We have been using the FocalPoint salary and bonus planning applications for two years now: our managers and executives love the system and it has made the entire procedure from planning to execution of our yearly cycle a simple and successful process. The Laserbeam staff is consistently customer focused and knowledgeable, ready to help and quick to provide solutions and alternatives if an issue or question arises. Management has been extremely impressed with the tools; the ease of use and reporting capability are top-notch, and we continue to work with Laserbeam on future projects.

Laird Technologies needed to deploy a customized year-end compensation administration tool globally to 39 sites in 13 countries and we only had two and a half months to pull it off.  We contacted several companies including Laserbeam. What struck me immediately was the responsiveness of Laserbeam. They were on the phone with us understanding our needs right away, even before the other companies had called me back. Laserbeam’s application architect was able to quickly understand our needs and provided my team with mockups of possible solutions within a couple of days. Laserbeam’s experience in iterative design and development was perfect for the situation and their ability to meet with us and then quickly turn around changes was invaluable. The solution that Laserbeam delivered worked very well and was designed, built, tested and deployed at a very fast pace because of our tight timeline. Laserbeam’s team participated in regular status meetings to ensure we got what we needed. They also provided invaluable support throughout the year-end cycle. They were completely dedicated to our success and they spent the time necessary to make sure we were supported. The entire project was delivered on time and for a very reasonable cost. In my opinion, you will not find a more knowledgeable, dedicated or agile compensation software shop than Laserbeam. I would feel very comfortable putting them up against anyone else out there. You simply will not get the same level of flexibility, value or speed to market from anyone else in the business..

Our management had nothing but good things to say about using LaserBeam's FocalPoint One tool for this year's salary planning cycle. So much so, we plan on expanding it's use this coming cycle and have recommended the LaserBeam tools to our European organizations.
